A new restaurant looks set to cater to avocado obsessives with a menu dedicated entirely to the green fruit.
Recently the avocado craze has been gaining serious traction with many restaurants in Glasgow adapting their dishes to feature the fashionable green fruit.
So it was only a matter of time before an avocado-based restaurant opened in the city.
Jamie Crawford, who runs Roasters Deli in St Vincent Street, posted about plans to launch the new venue on social media.
Alongside the logo he posted: "Updates coming on Monday with this."
More details have still to be revealed but if the restaurant is to be anything like the avocado themed eateries that have opened in the likes of London and New York it could feature firm favorites, such as avocado on toast, alongside more innovative creations such as the avocado burger where the fruit replaces the bread.
