LURKING motorists have sparked a police probe after donning balaclavas near a loading security van.
Three men were seen inside a BMW 3 series in Nitshill on August 5, putting on the masks as a security van driver was collecting money.
Concerned members of the public reported the dodgy trio to the police, who have now launched an investigation and are scouring CCTV.
It is thought the men may have had weapons with them as they sat in the car outside B&M in Woodneuk Road, around 5pm on Saturday.
The driver of the car, which had rear tinted windows, is described as Asian, and around 50 years old with short dark hair, a moustache and acne scarring on his face.
The two men in the back passenger seats are also described as Asian, in their 20s.
Detective Constable Stephen Greenshields of the Community Investigation Unit is asking anyone with information regarding this vehicle to contact his office at Helen Street Police Office through 101.
