A 49-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested following the death of a man in Auchinairn.
Frederick McGettigan - known as Ricky - was found dead in a flat in Clelland Avenue on August 9. He was 51.
Police confirmed a man has been arrested and a report will go to the procurator fiscal.
The man is expected to appear at court tomorrow.
