Hibs have become the butt of the joke online this week after its café’s hilarious hot drinks menu was snapped by a fan and posted online.

It shows a list of beverages  - including tea, coffee, and Bovril - adding how all will be served “in-cup.”

Edinburgh man Lewis Tracey took a snap of the brilliant menu at Easter Road, adding: “Glad Hibs provide the hot drinks in a cup. Hate when other places just pour it straight on to your hands…”

Glasgow Times:

In just a few days, the post has racked up close to 10,000 reactions as both supporters of the club and non-supporters alike continue to take the mick.

“How do they serve the cold drinks? Pour it straight into your pocket” wrote one as another added, “How much less without a cup?”

One Hibs fan even threw fuel on an already raging fire when he posted an image of a drink he claimed to have been served at Easter Road - Bovril in a paper cup, complete with lid and straw.

“Got served this at Easter Road. Yes, it’s the beefy drink Bovril with a lid and straw,” he wrote.

Glasgow Times:

“What?! Who drinks Bovril with a straw!!!!!!! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE,” hit back one shocked Twitter user.

Another raged at the hefty £2.30 price tag attached to the drinks, and wrote: “The prices they’re charging I don’t think anybody is buying them.”
