Katy Perry said music helped her put her “spats” with DJ Calvin Harris behind her.
The pair have collaborated on Feels, a song which also features Pharrell Williams and US rapper Big Sean.
Perry, 32, told On Air With Ryan Seacrest: “I saw Calvin at (the) Vanity Fair Oscar party.

“We just bumped into each other and he said, ‘I think I have a song that you should come check out’.
“We had always meant to work together for years and years and years and we’d had little falling outs here and there… we had some Twitter spats… and it was time to put that behind us.
“He played this one part of Feels and I was like, ‘Oh yeah’.”
Scottish DJ Harris, 33, previously dated Taylor Swift, 27, who has fallen out with Perry.

In 2011, Perry publicly hit out at Harris for cancelling his set at her gigs.
“Calvin Harris will NOT be joining in on the fun and has cancelled last minute,” she tweeted.
He replied: “Her team suddenly moved the goalposts and I was to appear on stage with no production.
“Trust me you would have been more disappointed seeing the show than you are with me cancelling,” he wrote.
Perry fired back: “It’s fine, I’m used to you cancelling on me, it’s become your staple!”
