Former Rangers midfielder Charlie Adam got pelters on Twitter after he posted a bizarre tweet announcing that he had extended his deal with Stoke.
The former Scotland star was delighted to share his news on social media that he would be playing at the Bet365 stadium for another season, however, he didn't get the reaction he'd hoped for.
Instead of just writing a tweet Adam used notes on his iPhone then posted the screenshot.

He wrote: "Delighted to announce I have extended my contract with Stoke for a further year."
But it didn't take long before fans ripped into him.

Couldn't be bothered to type that out as a tweet Charlie? Haha, good man.
