Former Celtic player Kris Commons’ daughter has written a touching note to a family friend whose mum passed away.
In a heartwarming clip shared on Twitter by Kris’ partner, Lisa Hague, at the weekend, seven-year-old April has shown she is years ahead of her age by sitting down to pen a beautiful note.
Sharing the 30-second clip, 33-year-old Lisa wrote: “Told April today how one of my best friends mum has passed away and I came back to this.. what an angel beautiful inside and out.”

In the clip, little April is seen reading out a heart-rending letter to the family friend in which she expresses her sympathy and condolences.

Lisa also shared an image of the handwritten note.
It reads: “To Clare,
“I know you are upset about your mum. I want to help you everyday. I just want you to know I care so much about your mum. I feel like I will cry I am that sad.
“Love from Lisa, April, Kris, Jax, and William.
“The Commons family - we care about everybody.”

Lisa’s followers were quick to praise the girl for her actions.
“Such a caring little girl. Totally amazing,” said one with another comment said, “She’s a credit to you.”
Another follower added: “An absolute credit to you and Kris little star.”
