The enchanted Harry Potter night at Darcy’s in Princes Square is proving so popular with fans of the boy wizard that organisers have scheduled in an extra date.

The venue will also host a child-friendly activity day where staff will screen the first Harry Potter film. 

The Buchanan Street venue will be magicked into J.K. Rowling’s worldwide smash book and film series on both Thursday, October 26 and Friday, October 27.

Tickets to the “Harry Potter spectacle” have also gone on sale to the public in the past hour.

Organisers said: “We have added another date so, for those who missed out on the Friday extravaganza, you can come and enjoy it on Thursday 26th.

“The event on Thursday will be exactly the same as Friday’s event. We cannot wait.”

Tickets are £29.99 per person and include a three-course meal, two cocktails, cocktail masterclass, quiz night, and the chance to win a hamper of Harry Potter goodies worth £100.

The night will also include a whole lot of treats and magical goings-on in a Room of Requirement.

On Sunday, October 29, the bar will then host a child-friendly event where ‘The Philosopher’s Stone’ will be shown on a big screen alongside activities such as potion-making, face-painting, arts and crafts, photo opportunities, and a banquet.
