A MAN has been arrested in connection with an alleged incident in a Clydebank house which left a baby girl in hospital.
The 20-year-old was detained in police custody on Wednesday following an alleged incident at a house in Clydebank on the morning of Saturday, September 9.
Police were called to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where the nine-month-old baby had been admitted later that day.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "At 4.20pm on Saturday, police were called to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital after a nine-month-old female was admitted suffering serious injuries."
