Most of us have been there: it’s freshers’ week and freedom tastes great. Unfortunately, after a week of partying hard, the big clean up does not.

Fear not, student, because the nation’s favourite lager is here to help all in need by unveiling the ‘Bedroom PiTstop’ - a rapid clean-up service just for freshers.

The service sees a team come and collect your keys and clean the gaff up before you get home.

If you’ve had a massive after party and can’t face the carnage, stay tucked up in bed and let the Bedroom PiTstop hoover up around you.

So, no matter if Mum announces an unscheduled visit or if your mates decide your flat is the place for an impromptu gathering, Tennent’s is here to serve - and they’ll even leave a four-pack in your newly-cleaned fridge.

Alan McGarrie, head of UK brand marketing at Tennent’s, described how there is a lot of fun to be had during freshers’ Week, but added that cleaning up “definitely isn’t part of it.”

He said: “We want you to have the best week ever before the hard graft begins.“The team are armed with dusters and plenty of disinfectant, ready to clean up your act, so you don’t have to.”

The service operates 24 hours a day, from 14 to 22 September.
