Famous Celtic faces and fans alike have been extending their best wishes to a Hoops-mad couple after they got engaged on an empty pitch at Parkhead.
Club boss Brendan Rodgers and ex-Celtic WAG Lisa Hague are among those to have expressed their delight for Glasgow couple Nicki Lynch and Caity Ryan.
Just minutes after Celtic’s 4-0 win over Ross County on Saturday, Nicky managed to get Caity onto the pitch where he dropped down on one knee for the big moment.

Posting a picture of the loved-up couple with the hoops manager, Nicki said: “It was amazing, but one of the highlights of the day was meeting this legend.
“He knew about my plans and gave permission for us to do it while the players were training.
“He also then came over with his wife to congratulate us which sent Caity into an emotional breakdown.”
