A SOCIAL housing tenant was jailed for putting his neighbours at risk after hurling bottles from his 16th floor flat.
Robert Crosbie attracted the attention of three other locals at his Kestrel Road high rise after throwing glass bottles out of the windows onto the carpark and footpath below on May 16 this year.
He also refused to answer the door to police, despite being on bail conditions stating he must be at home and able to answer the door between 7pm and 7am.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard the 25-year-old has since been evicted by Glasgow Housing Association for anti-social behaviour.
It was also heard that he was drinking at the time of the offence.
Crosbie, from Knightswood, was called "juvenile" by Sheriff Lindsay Wood, who sentenced him to 180 days in prison and admonished him for breach of bail conditions.
