POLICE are following a definite line of inquiry into the murder of a young man in Easterhouse.
The force confirmed today that their investigation has taken a step forward into the death of Paul Bexley.
The popular young man was stabbed to death during a fight at a house party in the area's Baldovan Crescent in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The 23-year-old was rushed to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary with stab wounds where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Meanwhile, a family friend has set up a JustGiving page to raise funds for the young father's funeral.
Stephanie Granger hopes to raise £500 for the family to help with funeral costs.

We also reported in today's Evening Times that Paul's heartbroken mum Lorraine had paid tribute to her son.
She said: "Can’t believe your gone and I never got to say goodbye.
“You will be in my heart and thoughts everyday.
“Fly high until we meet again. Mum.”
