North Lanarkshire residents hit with a loss to their water supply
RESIDENTS in North Lanarkshire have been hit with a loss to their water supply.
Scottish Water are investigating the issue which is affecting the G69 postcode and includes Chryston and Moodiesburn.
A spokesman for the firm said: "We have had reports of loss of water supply, low pressure and discoloured water from the area.
"This is currently under investigation and we hope to have supplies restored as quickly as possible.
"We will update as soon as information becomes available to us.
"We can only apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
