A YOUNG man found unconscious lying on waste ground has died in hospital.
Jack Wilson was found with serious head injuries on a derelict site in Holytown, North Lanarkshire, and was rushed by ambulance to Wishaw General.
Police Scotland has confirmed the 20-year-old, from Newarthill, died on Monday.

Cops have arrested a 15-year-old boy in connected with the incident.
Jack, whose family has been told of his death, was found around 10pm on Saturday, October 14 at Keir Hardie Avenue.
The teenager is currently detained in police custody and is expected to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
