Glasgow diners are being given the night to get lost in the hits of veteran rocker Sir Rod Stewart.

The team at Mister Singh’s India restaurant in Elderslie Street have announced a tribute night in honour of the Maggie May hitmaker - and places are now limited.

The evening will consist of the 72-year-old singer’s best-loved songs from a “fantastic” tribute act, with festivities kicking off at 7.30pm on November 23.

Two options are available for booking: £50 per person for a four-course meal or £60 per person for a four-course meal and three drinks.

South side nightclub The Shed today also revealed how it is set to host a George Michael tribute night to commemorate the Faith singer almost one year after his shock death on Christmas Day.
