He’s the face of Saturday night TV and, this week, he was spotted getting the McGill’s bus from Barrhead to Glasgow.
The driver of the number 3 service had to do a double take on Thursday when Mr Dermot O’Leary himself hopped on board for a ride into town.
McGill’s shared an image online of the face of The X Factor, writing: “Had an unexpected customer on our service 3 today! Hope you had a nice time travelling with us!
“Our driver Jim Smith was delighted to be involved in filming for CBBC #BarrheadtoGlasgow.”
Some reports suggest the 44-year-old was publicising his new children’s book Toto the Ninja Cat published last month.
And it seems the presenter’s adventures in Glasgow’s biggest city didn’t stop there.

Twitter user Emma O’Neil asked him: “How was your Enzos sandwich and cappuccino bar breakfast?”
Dermot replied: “Excellent!”
