A scary-looking dog with teeth resembling "a vampire bat's fangs" has found a forever home - just in time for Halloween.
Creepy terrier cross Marley has been likened to a vampire bat due to his dark eyes, brindle colours and similar teeth.
And the ten-year-old pooch has finally found a new home in time for Halloween, after spending a total of six months in the care of Dogs Trust Glasgow.
Marley arrived at the shelter with his fellow canine companion Murphy, aged 15, who is also a terrier cross.
The pair are said to be devoted to each other and staff are thrilled they will spend their retirement years together cosied up in a relaxing home.
Claire Cairney, Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Glasgow, said: "We are amazed by how much Marley's teeth resemble a vampire bat's fangs.
"They have certainly become a topic of conversation with staff and visitors.
"Marley and Murphy are a gorgeous pair with amazing characters and we couldn't be happier they have found their forever home.
"Marley has such unique features that staff were worried he may become overlooked but thankfully that hasn't been the case.
"What makes it spooky is he has found a home so close to Halloween."
