FIREFIGHTERS tackled a garage blaze in Coatbridge on Wednesday night.
Two fire engines were dispatched to Herriot Street before 10.30pm after the blaze started in a domestic garage.
No one was injured.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 10.28pm on Wednesday, October 25, to reports of a domestic garage on fire on Herriot Street, Coatbridge, Glasgow.
“Operations Control immediately mobilised two appliances, and firefighters used high powered hoses to tackle and extinguish the flames.
“Crews left the scene after ensuring the area had been made safe.”
