A horror late night 'knife' attack near Ibrox has put a man in hospital.
The 28-year-old was assaulted in Middleton Street around 12.15am on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the male victim was taken to Queen Elisabeth University hospital for treatment.
The victim's condition is described as being stable.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of an assault in the Middleton Street area of Glasgow around 12.15am on Sunday morning.
"Emergency services responded and a 28-year-old male was taken to Queen Elisabeth University hospital for treatment.
"Medical staff describe his condition as stable.
"Enquiries into this incident are currently ongoing."
