AN ANGRY young man threatened to hit supermarket security staff "in the balls" during a tirade of abuse.
At Glasgow Sheriff Court, Michael Fusari pleaded guilty to shouting, swearing, threatening and struggling with two Tesco employees at Silverburn Shopping Centre on October 7 this year.
The depute fiscal told the court that it was just after midnight when the security men has cause to stop the 21-year-old accused.
Fusari, of Woodlands Park, began to shout and swear at them.
He threatened: "Get the f**k off me. I'm gonna hit you in the balls."
The police were called to the scene and, during a body search, the accused was found to have two pairs of secateurs. Fusari pleaded guilty to having the garden blades without reasonable excuse or lawful authority.
The sheriff continued the case until December 4 to ascertain whether Fusari will commit to undergo unpaid work.
