A TEAM of Glasgow stylists were on hand to add a touch of glamour to the celebrities invited to the Scottish Baftas.

The event – held on Sunday at the city's Radisson Blu Hotel and hosted by radio presenter and TV personality Edith Bowman – celebrated the very best in film, television and video game products over the last year in Scotland.

Backstage, a team of award-winning Rainbow Room International stylists worked their magic on a number of celebrities including Freya Mavor, Angela Scanlon, Camilla Thurlow, Kirsty Wark, Ophelia Lovibond and Sharon Small.

Kenny Mcleod, designer stylist at the Great Western Road salon, had the privilege of doing Ophelia Lovibond’s hair, styling it into a 70’s inspired wave with lots of body, as well as Kirsty Wark’s, who opted for some gorgeous soft waves.

Misha styled Sharon Small’s updo, while master hair designer Courtney, from the George Square salon, styled actress Morven Christie’s hair.

Other George Square team members included Paddy and Stephanie, who also got their hands on many of the event sponsors and organisers.

Megan Deigan, artistic team member, styled Camilla Thurlow's hair into classic soft waves and created a soft texturised twisted bun for Angela Scanlon.

Megan said: "We were thrilled to have been able to have the opportunity to work backstage at the Scottish Baftas.

"The hair styling proved to be extremely popular with the celebrities, organisers and sponsors and we were delighted to be able to provide them gorgeous hair for the evening.”
