Glasgow’s newest standalone MAC Cosmetics store is set to open in just two weeks’ time.
The hugely-popular brand’s branch will finally be opening in intu Braehead on Monday, November 27, a MAC spokeswoman confirmed to the Evening Times today.

The Evening Times first reported on the opening in August when centre bosses sent beauty fans across the city crazy with excitement after revealing the news on Facebook.

Posting an image of a set of doors covered with posters of the cosmetic giant’s lipsticks, the centre said: “I spy with my little eye...... MAC Cosmetics coming soon to intu Braehead! We cant wait! Who else is excited?”
Regional centre director with responsibilities for intu Braehead, Peter Beagley, said: “It’s great news for shoppers at intu Braehead that we have such a well-known retail brand as MAC Cosmetics opening in our centre.

“The store opening will add yet more variety and quality to the retail offering we have and I’m sure, especially in the run up to Christmas, that it will be very popular with shoppers.”
