POLICE negotiators are in Govan after a man barricaded himself within a flat.
The man is refusing to come out of the flat on Langlands Road and police are at the scene.
The Evening Times understand that the man was causing a disturbance and police were called.

He then barricaded himself in the flat where he refuses to come out.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "We are currently dealing with an incident in Langlands Road where a man has barricaded himself within a flat and is refusing to come out.
"Emergency services and police negotiators are in attendance and enquiries are continuing."
