A PENSIONER who died following an incident outside a pub has been named as Henry Lee.
The 66-year-old injured during a disturbance on Green Street in Saltcoats, Ayrshire, on Tuesday evening.
He was rushed by ambulance to Crosshouse Hospital but died on Thursday.
A teenager was detained and charged with attempted murder but at court on Wednesday the charge was reduced to assault to severe injury and danger of life.
The 16-year-old made no plea nor declaration at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and was freed on bail.
