THE winners of the annual Times Tots competition donned their best dresses for a prize giving ceremony.

The Forge Shopping Centre presented the families with their prizes at the event.

It was a year for the record books as all three winners were girls.

Kaysen McKenzie changed the course of Times Tots history by becoming the first ever female winner.

The youngster was crowned the cutest tot just four- months after being born.

Parents Aimee Glackin, 24, and Dylan McKenzie, 23, were beaming with pride as she giggled for the cameras.

The family from Dennistoun said they were planning to spend their winnings on gifts for their friends and family who voted.

Mum Aimee said: “I can’t believe she’s won. I was so shocked to find out that she was in the top 100 but I didn’t think we’d have a look in with so many other entrants.

“She’s already got so many clothes so I think we’ll spend the money on some new toys. She’s loves everything, she’s such a happy wee baby.”

The family will receive a £1,000 cash prize and £250 Forge Shopping Centre voucher, a Times Tots winning trophy and certificate and a framed winning photograph.

Lucie-Grace Campbell took second place after charming voters with her pink ensemble.

The 10-month-old was doted on by parents Charlene and John Campbell from Easterhouse.

With all their Christmas presents wrapped up, the couple will be saving their £250 Forge Shopping Centre voucher for Lucie-Grace’s first birthday in January.

Charlene added: “She loves anything red especially Elmo and Po so we’ll be getting her some more red toys.”

Third place went to Liara King from Kings Park who donned a tartan dress for the occasion.

Mum Nicole King, 23, and grandmother Yvonne King were looking forward to spoiling the only child before her little brother comes along early next year.

Nicole added: “I’ve got her Christmas outfit made so I’ll be putting the voucher towards some Peppa Pig toys.”
