A YOUNG man stole £3,500 from a relative, a court has heard.
Kyle Shanahan, 19, of Forgan Gardens, appeared in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court for sentencing.
He stole the money from a house in Muir Close on January 21, this year
The teenager’s defence agent said that his client had learnt his lesson. He added that his client was online gambling and intoxicated when he stole the money.
Shanahan was fined £350 by sentencing Sheriff Brian Cameron.
