A MAN has been fined £340 have he was caught with drugs in his possession.
Rupert Charles Bashall, 22, appeared in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court for sentencing.
He admitted that he had the drugs in his possession on May 26, this year at Fergus Court.
The Procurtator Fiscal depute told the court that Bashall had been in his friend’s flat when the landlord turn up and disocvered the drugs. Police were called.
Bashall, of Alexandra Road, Penrith, plead guilty to having cocaine, cannabis and cannabis resin worth £420 in his possession.
The court heard that the drugs were for personal use.
