Strata in Queen Street, Glasgow
A MAN who shouted racial abuse at cops will wait to find out his fate.
Michael Dowling, 51, of Arthur Street, Margate, appeared in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court for sentencing.
He admitted that he did struggle violently with two police officers and lash out at them with his arms and legs on May 25 at a footpath outside Strata Bar on Queen Street.
He also shouted, swore and repeatedly uttered offensive racial remarks at them.
The court heard he called the cops “f*****g Scottish idiots” and “Scottish c***s”.
He will be back in court on March 8, next year.
