Police found cannabis worth more than £100,000 during a raid in a property in Saltcoats, North Ayrshire.
Officers entered the property in Sidney Street last Thursday and found a “cannabis cultivation” with a street value of £109,000.
A 37-year-old man was arrested in connection with alleged drugs offences and a report sent tot he procurator fiscal.
Detective Sergeant Martin Prendergast from Saltcoats CID said: “Drugs and the people who supply them have no place in our communities.
“Officers work every day to gather intelligence to tackle this type of criminality.”
