A CAR ended up on its roof following a crash on the busy M80 in Lanarkshire.
Emergency services were called to the scene between Old Inns and Castlecary at around 9.30am.
A rolling road block was set up while they dealt with the incident.
Police confirmed that the car had been left on its roof as a result of a one-vehicle crash.
No injuries were reported.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “We received reports of a one-vehicle RTC on the M80 between Old Inns and Castlecary around 9.30am.
“One car was left on its roof as a result of the incident.
“As a result there were some restrictions on the road while the incident was dealt with.”
Drivers experienced delays in the area after the crash however the road was cleared at 9.45am.
