A MISSING man may have travelled to Edinburgh.
Police have launched an appeal to find Chandeet Balli, 29, who is missing from his home in Chapelhall.
Chandeet is described as 5ft 10 inches in height and of slim build with short brown hair.
When he was last seen, he was wearing a khaki coloured jacket, a dark blue or black jumper, dark blue t-shirt, dark coloured trousers and carrying a grey or green rucksack.
Inspector Stuart Robertson, of Lanarkshire Division, said: “Chandeet’s family are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety and just want to know that he is safe and well.
“It is thought that he may travel to Edinburgh by public transport, so we would urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Airdrie Police Office through 101.”
