TWO men are due in court today in connection with a store robbery on Glasgow’s South Side.
A woman was taken to hospital following the incident which happened at around 6.55pm on Thursday at the Mini Mart shop on Cathcart Road.
A 46-year-old woman was treated for minor injuries at the Victoria Infirmary.
Two men, aged 26 and 41, have been arrested in connection with the robbery and were being held by police.
They are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.
A police spokeswoman said: “Two men aged 26 and 41 have been arrested and are currently detained in police custody in connection with an alleged robbery at a shop on Cathcart Road at 6.55pm on Thursday, December 28.
“A 46 year-old woman was taken to the Victoria Infirmary for treatment for minor injuries following the alleged incident and was discharged a short time later.”
