A 20-year old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a male was found seriously injured in a Glasgow street close to a school.
The 24-year-old male was discovered in the early hours of Monday morning on Paisley Road West close to Lourdes Secondary School.
He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where his condition was described as stable.

The busy secondary school in the city’s Cardonald area remained opened on Monday while cops carried out their investigations.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “We received reports of a 24-year-old man being found seriously injured on Paisley Road West around 12.45am on Monday morning.
“The man was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment.
“A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.”
