GLASGOW Goes Green festival will return to the city next month.

Glasgow University Environmental Sustainability Team (GUEST) and environmental sustainability officers from Glasgow School of Art, University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian University have been cooking up a day of festivities to show you how to ‘Love Local Life’.

For one day, The Art School will transform into a place where you will be able to find out how to live a sustainable life with local and community resources.

Exhibitors from all walks of life have prepared workshops so you can explore the world of eco-friendly societies and social enterprises run by and for Glaswegians. At the event, you can expect to meet a whole heap of people from gardeners and beekeepers, bike mechanics and crafty artists, to dumpster divers and food rescuers. Stalls will be offering workshops and food that will make you think about your consumption patterns, and rethink your lifestyle.

There will also be an after-party.

Glasgow Goes Green festival will take place on February 16.
