MEMBERS of the public have been warned to stay away from a prisoner who has failed to return from a period of home leave.
Paul Stewart was reported missing from HMP Castle Huntly near Dundee at 2pm today.
The 44-year-old absconded after some time on home leave.
He is described as being 5ft 10ins, bald and with brown eyes.
Officers advised members of the public not to approach him if seen.
Police Scotland urged anyone with information to contact them on 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
