COFFEE lovers have been given another reason to celebrate following the announcement of another Tim Hortons opening.
The Canadian coffee chain will be serving even more guests in Scotland in their new restaurant opening in Ayrshire.
Exact details including the opening date and location have yet to be released but the company today confirmed they would be opening near Whitletts Roundabout in Ayr.
The opening continues the nationwide rollout plan with more locations across the country being revealed over the coming months.
A number of jobs will be created along with the opening.
Kevin Hydes, Chief Finance and Commercial Officer of the Tim Hortons franchise in the UK said: “We’re excited to be bringing our expansion to the beautiful town of Ayr – our sixth store in Scotland.
"The buzz we’ve seen since our first opening in Glasgow last summer has exceeded all expectations and we can’t wait to open our doors and welcome Guests from the Ayr community at our brand new restaurant very soon”.
