Celtic ace Kieran Tierney has hailed Conor McGregor after the fighter was photographed wearing the defender's signed Celtic shirt.
On Thursday the Irishman, 29, posted two images of himself on Instagram wearing the shirt which had Tierney's number and autograph on the back.
The UFC champion also gave his favourite team a “shout out.”
He wrote: “Working on the ‘Blitz’ tonight at @sbgireland.
“An underrated technique until it goes through you at 100mile an hour.
“Shout out Celtic football club.”
Tierney who is a huge fan of the fighter, shared one of the pictures on twitter along with the caption: "Greatest of all time."

The post has received more than 23,000 likes and nearly 5,000 retweets
As reported by the Evening Times in August, the Green Brigade unfurled a huge banner in the stands, dedicated to the sportsman.
It read: “We’re not here to take part. We’re here to take over!”
