FUNNYMAN Kevin Bridges has pledged to support a hospice and sick children during his 2018 tour - and protect fans from ticket touts.
Kevin is donating all proceeds from Platinum seating at his tour to charity, with 50 per cent going to St Margaret of Scotland Hospice.
The other half of money raised will go to the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow.
Kevin, who grew up just a few miles from the Hospice, has teamed up with ticketing website Ticketmaster to offer the premium briefs to fans.
Platinum tickets offer the best-placed seats to his shows and are held back from general sale to be sold at the market rate, which prevents touts from profiting by buying up tickets for resale.
Sister Rita, Chief Executive of St Margaret of Scotland Hospice, said: “We are very thankful to Kevin for this outstanding gesture.
“Kevin is a regular supporter of the hospice and it wonderful that he has thought of us in this way.
"We are absolutely delighted to benefit in such a way as a result of Kevin’s shows this year and we send him our best wishes on his tour.
"As a result of Kevin’s thoughtful and very generous gesture, the donation received by us will go towards providing our patients with the highest standards of care.”
