Falkirk dentist Dr Abraham McCarthy is sure to be leader of the plaque after offering patients an unusual way of relaxing before their treatment -with a bit of salsa.

The fully qualified dentist treats patients in Glasgow, Larbert, and Falkirk and decided to reveal his own way of chilling to nervous patients.

Dr Abe, who is offering the unusual calming technique at the newly-opened Envisage surgery in Cow Wynd, said: “I used to help teach salsa in a different life and it works its way into my dentistry more times than you’d imagine.

“We have enough space here and if patients are nervous and they hear music and want to dance then they can. We can dance up and down the aisles.”

The surgery treats NHS and private patients and offers veneers, fillers, implants and sedation.

Scotland’s own dancing denstist comes hot on the heels of Singing Dentist Dr Milad Shadrooh from Basingstoke who has notched up millions of fans through his parody video versions of songs like Gappy and Despacito.
