FORMER boxing ring card girl Michelle Mone has voiced her anger at Formula 1’s decision to ban glamour girls from the grid.
The lingerie tycoon believes that unfair pressure has meant that models are missing an opportunity to earn money from the sport.
Michelle, 40, worked at fights in the late 80s and early 90s.
She told the Sunday Mail: “It’s harmless fun and that’s what it’s all about.
“I was 17 and I bought my first car and I used to work doing every job I could to save up for it.
“These Formula 1 girls, that’s a big chunk of money that’s been taken away from them. Where are they going to make that money up?"
