RANGERS midfielder Josh Windass has agreed a new long-term deal at Ibrox.
The Englishman has scored 12 goals in 30 appearances for the Light Blues as he has become an integral part of Graeme Murty's plans this season.
And SportTimes can reveal he has now given the Gers boss another major boost by committing himself to the club for the next three-and-a-half-years.
The news of Windass' new deal comes just days after defender James Tavernier put pen-to-paper on a contract until 2021.
Boss Murty is keen to reward his in-form stars for their efforts at Ibrox as he looks to build some momentum in the second half of the campaign.
Talks are also ongoing with Alfredo Morelos after his stunning start to life in Glasgow following his move from HJK Helsinki.
Rangers turned down an £8million offer from Beijing Renhe for the striker last month and are determined to hold on to one of their key assets.
SportTimes understands there has been no further offers from the Chinese Super League side ahead of the Premiership clash with Hamilton this weekend.
