GLASGOW foodies can get stuck into a new Korean restaurant that has opened in the city centre this week.
Bibimbap is located on 3 West Nile Street between Central Station and Queen Street Station where the Riverhill restaurant used to be.
The name, which is pronounced as “bee-beem-bahp” is named after the Korean comfort food, which is a bowl of warm white rice topped with vegetables and chilli pepper paste, soy sauce, or fermented soybean paste.
This is usually topped with a raw or fried egg then sliced meat can be added.
As well as the famous Bibimbap on the menu, other Korean treats include Kimchi, deopbap, fried chicken, soup and noodles.
A selection of Sakis and quirky cocktails are also on offer at the bar.
