Vanessa Lafferty reveals she is expecting her first child with ex-Rangers star husband Kyle in the cutest way possible

The model, from East Kilbride, told fans on social media the baby news by revealing an image of the scan.

The 26-year-old, who is expecting in the summer, said: "2014 we met, 2015 I said ‘yes’, 2016 we said ‘I do’, 2017 we read ‘positive’ and 2018 we welcome our first baby into the world.

"Baby Lafferty we love you to the stars and back, mummy and daddy can’t wait to meet you."

Northern Irishman Kyle, who played for Rangers from 2008 to 2012, added: "Words can’t describe how excited I am to welcome mine and my gorgeous wife first baby into the world."

Kyle was previously married to former Miss Scotland Nicola Mimnagh in 2012 and they had two kids together before divorcing in 2014.

Nicola is currently dating Hollyoaks hunk Jamie Lomas.
