US firm Denny's have hinted they are interested in opening up a restaurant at a city shopping mall.
The diner-style restaurant chain shared an image of the Glasgow Fort on social media and joked, "who can guess where we're eyeing up today?"
The restaurants serve traditional American-style food such as burgers - but are famous for its breakfasts including pancakes, waffles and ‘slams’.
The first branch in Britain opened in Swansea, and the US firm has hinted at other UK locations including Manchester and Edinburgh.
The news comes after we revealed that Glasgow Fort will lose Prezzo in April.
The decision was made as part of an eleventh-hour bid to save the company with a restructuring agreement known as a company voluntary arrangement, which is just one step short of administration.
