Scots actor Gary Lamont was surprised by his old school teachers at a performance of his new show, Dropping the Soap.
Playing at Eastwood Theatre in Giffnock last night, the former River City star posted a picture from after the show with the three high school teachers who had taught him.
The comedian joked that they still looked the same as they did when he was at school and he was flattered that they had come to see him.
He said: "So touched to have my old teachers from Castlemilk High show up to the show last night. Lovely surprise! I swore like a f****** trooper throughout and they haven’t changed one bit. Looking good team!"
The Dropping the Soap show, which is touring all over Scotland and an Edinburgh festival sell-out success, features film footage of Claire from Steps, Martine McCutcheon, Michelle McManus and chat show king Graham Norton.
Gary was last seen leaving River City in a limo with his popstar pal Claire Richards from Steps, who now features in his show.
