COPS are searching for a missing Paisley woman who is believed to have went travelling.

Patricia Hendry, 45, who has no fixed abode, but previously lived in Kirkwood Place in Girvan, has not been seen by family or friends since Saturday, November 11 2017.

Patricia is described as white, 5ft 10 inches, of slim build and has collar length brown hair.

She has a tattoo of two clouds, and her name on her left leg and a tattoo of a dolphin of her hip.

Officers have been following enquiries, and speaking to friends and family to try and trace her.

Police Constable Alan Kiley, of Paisley Police Office, said: “Patricia was originally believed to have been off travelling however a missing person enquiry was launched on Tuesday, March 14 after family became increasingly concerned that nobody had heard from her in such a long time.

“Following enquiries we now believe she has not left the country and would appeal for anyone who knows her, or has any idea where she may have gone to come forward and contact us.

“We know she has previously battled medical issues and just want to make sure she is safe and well.

“We would also appeal to Patricia herself to come forward and let her family or the Police know she is okay.”
