A busy road in the centre of Glasgow will remain closed for much of Monday after a delay in the completion of roadworks.
Cowcaddens Road has been closed westbound from Port Dundas Road to Garscube Road throughout the day on both Saturday and Sunday and will remain closed until Monday due to the weekend's weather conditions.
It is expected that works will be complete by 4pm on Monday.
Eastbound traffic on Cowcaddens Road will be reduced to one lane between Garscube Road and Port Dundas Road during this period and Cambridge St will be closed from Hill St to Cowcaddens Road.
Local access via Renfrew St will be maintained.
Diversions are available in both directions via Port Dundas Road, eastbound via Bath St, Douglas St, Sauchiehall St, Rose St and Renfrew St, and westbound via Dobbie’s Loan and Garscube Road.
