THE finalists for the Scottish Education Awards 2018 have been announced following a record 400 nominations.
Of 46 finalists from schools across Scotland, Glasgow establishments appear in three out of 15 categories for the awards ceremony on June 6.
St Albert’s Primary School is shortlisted for the Employability and Creativity across Learning Award; Sunnyside Primary School is on the list for the Learning for Sustainability Award; and Shaw Mhor Early Years Centre is up for the STEM Award.
Alan Armstrong, Education Scotland, said: “Education Scotland is delighted to support the Scottish Education Awards. Each year the Awards highlight innovative and effective practices taking place across Scotland’s learning establishments."
