POLICE are carrying out a search of a property in Maryhill the day after a woman was found dead in Kirkintilloch.
Officers locked down Sandbank Drive around 6pm on Thursday while forensic officers searched and then removed a car.
Uniform police were earlier searching a flat in Duncruin Street for several hours on Thursday afternoon.
Sandbank Drive was sealed off and Police Scotland said the activity is in connection with the death of mum-of-one Jennifer Morgan.
A murder inquiry was launched after the 33-year-old's body was found at a house on Alexander Place.
A 39-year-old and a 32-year-old have been arrested in connection with her death.
Sandbank Drive remains closed.
